Okay, so at least to my parents’ house.
The surgery was far less invasive than anticipated – which means instead of the two or three nights I was expected to be hospitalized, I just have one.
As I write this, I am waiting on the discharge papers. I have a knee brace and a walker, and it hurts to walk. But that’s physical therapy for you.
Thanks to everyone for the cheerful thoughts and mindful prayer.
This is intermission, before we ramp chemo back up and convert to remission.
